Kiwi Berry ‘Issai’ is a compact, self-fertile climbing kiwi that produces clusters of smooth, bite-sized fruits you can eat whole — skin and all! The sweet, tangy flavour is similar to a classic green supermarket kiwi, but without the fuzz and with even more sweetness.
This hardy variety is perfect for home gardens, growing well on a trellis, fence, or arbor. It fruits young and prolifically, offering delicious harvests from late summer to autumn. A beautiful and productive vine that thrives in full sun to part shade, and performs best in well-drained soil with regular watering.
